1. Eligibility for Return & Refund
You may request a return or refund within 10 days of product delivery.
To qualify:
Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Valid proof of purchase is required
Wrong, damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
For damaged/defective cases, an unboxing video is recommended
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons:
Opened or used skincare products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable
Free gifts, promotional items or samples may not be eligible for return
3. Refund Method
Once the returned product is received and approved:
Refund will be issued to the original payment source
Refund processing time: 7–10 business days
For COD orders, refund may be issued via bank transfer

After verification, we will share pickup or return instructions.
5. Damaged / Wrong Product Received
If you received a damaged or incorrect product:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide supporting photos or an unboxing video
A replacement or refund will be issued based on eligibility
6. Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
MEHEKTAR reserves the right to cancel an order in cases of:
Product unavailability
Payment failure
Incorrect or incomplete address
Suspected fraudulent activity
