You may request a return or refund within 10 days of product delivery.
To qualify:
Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
You must provide proof of purchase
Wrong, damaged, or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery (with unboxing video recommended)
Due to hygiene and safety reasons:
Opened or used skincare products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
Free gifts, promotional items, or samples may not be eligible for return.
Once the returned product is inspected and approved:
Refund will be made to the original payment source
Processing time: 7–10 business days
For COD orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
