REFUND & RETURN POLICY – MEHEKTAR
At MEHEKTAR, we are committed to delivering high-quality, safe, and hygienic skincare products. Due to the personal nature of skincare items, all products sold on our website are non-returnable.
Non-Returnable Policy:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.
However, we do offer replacement or refund in the following cases:
• Damaged product received
• Wrong product delivered
• Missing items in the order
Return/Replacement Request:
To be eligible, customers must:
• Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue
• Ensure the product is unused and in original packaging
Without proper proof (unboxing video), we may not be able to process the request.
Refund Process:
• Once your request is approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Replacement Policy:
• In eligible cases, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost
Non-Eligible Cases:
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Personal preference or dislike
• Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality
• Delays caused by courier partners
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
